Total of 402 bacterial isolates for antagonistic screening against Fusarium fujikuroi, the causal agent of rice bakanae disease were isolated from rhizosphere soil of rice . Out of them, 23 isolates showed antagonistic activity against Fusarium fujikuroi by dual culture method test. In greenhouse experiment for the control rice bakanae, the most effective antagonistic bacteria were BAK 20, BAK 48 and BAK 109 which had the disease incidence 23.57 25.46 and 37.05 %, respectively whereas the control was 72.31%. Severity of 3-diseases including bacterial leaf streak, downy mildew and Curvularia leaf spot were reduced ranging 40.4-83.0 percent evaluated at 45-day old plants that cell suspension of P38 and PCL21 showed significantly higher in disease suspension than KPS46 and copper hydroxide chemical, except SP007s (P=0.05). Regarding microbial formulation response, SP007s in talc-based formulation was the best results toward control diseases concerned and increased yield quality (2.7 percent lowest unsatisfied kernel and 17 brix sweetness) and quality (1,803.2 kg/rai).
