After 12 years of a difficult start, the sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) breeding projects are multiplying. Faced with the constraints presented by the sites used in the past, farming at sea seems to offer conditions more conducive to the growth and survival of the animals. The zootechnical data from the farm makes it possible to link the rate of growth and the thermal profile of the site. Risks and uncertainties still weigh heavily on aquafarming projects, but solutions such as insurance are helping to improve their economic feasibility. Whatever the hydraulic gestion, an épuration of the fishes sewages is possible with the integrated system studied. The main action is situed in the intermediary pond with a significant decrease of nutrients, especially ammonia, and particulate mineral matters. The oyster's pond have no significant action on nutrients, but their action is real on chlorophyll which become limiting factor in 20% renewal system. One of the effluent, system 1 (renewal 10%) had high suspended matter and low nutrient concentrations. The other (renewal 20%) was poor in supcnded matters (chlorophyll). Le travail présenté reprend les principales expérimentations menées en structures de petits volumes (40, 120 et 150 l). Elles ont permis de lever un certain nombre de points de blocages au cours de ces 3 années d'études. Les résultats de ces expérimentations menées en réplicats de 3 à 7 bassins par condition étaient immédiatement pris en compte dans les élevages "pilotes" menés parallèlement. Vingt-deux expérimentations ont été réalisées au cours de différentes phase de l'élevage, sur des thèmes aussi divers que la lumière, l'abondance et la qualité des proies, le sevrage précoce, le sevrage, les normes zootechniques eu prégrossissement. In 1983, the pre-grow-out in the roadsted of Brest of 1.5m king scallop maximU6 post larvae from 1 to 5 mm lead to the production of 250,000 juveniles of a size comprised between 27 and 31 mm. The culture conditions have been particularly unfavourable in June with an infestation by the drilling worm Polydora sp and the starfish Asteria rubens, and in July when important mortalities and a stopping of the growth have been observed as well as the presence in the plankton of large quantities of dinoflagellates (most certainly toxic). Some experiments showed that the sensitivity of the scallops to those different mortality factors is proportional to the size of the farm. |

Du naissain de palourde japonaise et d'huître creuse a été prégrossi en conditions intensives de nourricerie au moyen d'une eau salée souterraine, utilisée comme ressource thermique et comme source de sels nutritifs pour la production d'algue fourrage. Les paramètres essentiels du milieu ont été suivis et les conditions d'élevage ont été contrôlées (densité de naissain, débit d'eau de mer, concentration de phytoplancton et température).
