Efeitos de herbicidas nos teores de clorofilas de Spirodela punctata Planta Daninha

Com o objetivo de verificar na planta aquática Spirodela punctata o efeito de diferentes concentrações (0,005; 0,05; 0,5 e 5 mgL-1 de ingrediente ativo) dos herbicidas butachlor, glyphosate e propanil sobre os teores de clorofila a, b e na razão clorofila a/b, foram conduzidos, por sete dias completos, bioensaios em sala climatizada. Determinou-se os teores de clorofilas através de leituras espectrofotométricas nas absorbâncias A645 e A663 nm. Os resultados mostraram que o butachlor diminuiu o teor de clorofila b, o glyphosate o teor de clorofila a, enquanto o propanil diminuiu os teores de clorofila a, b e a razão a/b, provocando a maior redução de pigmentos na espécie.

ABSTRACTThe weed communities of agricultural systems are dynamic and respond to changes in agronomic practices. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of post-emergence herbicide control programs made by farmers on weed communities and commercial lots of rice. The evaluations were carried out in 96 commercial lots located in the Centro, Meseta and Norte zones of the department of Tolima. In each lot, 1 ha was marked off, in which the evaluations were carried out by randomly throwing a 0.2 x 0.2 m sampling-square 5 times. Rice herbicide monitoring in two Brazilian rivers during the rice growing season Scientia Agricola

Irrigated rice production can involve environmental contamination with pesticides due to the proximity of the fields to rivers and to management problems. During three years (2000 to 2003) the rice herbicides clomazone, propanil and quinclorac were quantified in water during the rice growing season, in the Vacacaí and Vacacaí-Mirim Rivers, located in Rio Grande do Sul (RS) State, Brazil. Water samples were taken at several locations in each river, selected by their importance in terms of rice drainage area. The samples were analyzed by HPLC-UV. The efficacy of bispyribac sodium, fenoxaprop-p-ethyl + ethoxysulfuron, and propanil+butachlor were evaluated in greenhouse and field experiments, Weed Science, Crop and Environmental Sciences Division, IRRI in February - April 2013. The field plots had high weed density that had 4-6 leaves when the herbicides were applied at 15 days after land preparation. In the greenhouse experiment we grew Echinocloa crus-galli, Ludwigia octovalvis, Cyperus iria, weedy rice (Oryza sativa f. spontanea Acc. 105798 (THA)), and rice cultivars KDML105 and IR64 in pots. At 7 days after rice and weed germination, we sprayed herbicides to the above-mentioned species using a research track sprayer.
