El objetivo de la presente investigación se centra en analizar los cambios producidos en la dinámica interna de las de las Unidades de Producción Familiar (UPF) y las transformaciones socio-económicas y espaciales ante el proceso de industrialización en el territorio del municipio de San Martín Texmelucan, Puebla. Para ello, se realizó análisis de información geoespacial, se efectuaron recorridos de campo; se aplicaron 76 entrevistas a los jefes de la UPF mediante un cuestionario estructurado y 10 entrevistas a trabajadores de rango medio de diferentes industrias a través de un cuestionario semiestructurado. We summarize the status of rural areas in China, and introduce the principle of Cluster Analysis. According to related statistical data, per capita net income of rural households in various regions of China is analyzed by adopting the method of Cluster Analysis. The results showed that 31 cities, autonomous regions and provinces in China can be divided into 4 types. The first type includes Beijing and Shanghai. Comprehensive economic strengths of these regions, as well as per capita net income of rural households, are in the forefront.
