| The Sirindhorn Chaipattana Agricultural Development Project is situated at Nern Makok Subdistrict, Bang Moon Nark District, Phichit Province. It was established in 2007. Phitsanulok Rice Research Center has a major responsibility for a sub-project called Quality Rice Seed Production in the area of 26 rai (9.16 ha). The main objectives are to produce a seed source and being a center of technology transfer for farmers in the area. Targets consist of producing 30 tons of foundation seed and providing a training course for 120 farmers/year. Four to five photo-insensitive rice varieties are planted 2 crops/year.
