การประเมินลักษณะเชื้อพันธุกรรมข้าวพื้นเมืองในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือตอนล่าง Thai Agricultural

Evaluations in genetic relationship amomg local rice genetic resources in the lower northern region were perform edusing cluster analysis method. In this study, a total number of 81 rice varieties were selected and clustered in both morphology traits by using the UPGMA of simple matching and agronomic traits by using the Square Euclidean by Ward method. From the morphology traits grouping results, there were 14 clusters (G1-G14) with4 main clusters i.e.Group 12 Group13 Group 2 and Group 6 which could be grouped.The results also showed that Group 12 has the highest number of members of rice varieties that was 56 varieties.
