嘉義地區荔枝園荔枝細蛾與東方果實蠅危害調查 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]2004 年嘉義農試分所,在嘉義地區實施荔枝園之荔枝細蛾與東方果實蠅之危害調 查。不同荔枝品種在施藥防治區與未施藥區,受荔枝細蛾 (Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley) 之被害果率,各為7.5–47%與88.5%。有實施防治之黑葉、糯米糍及71-3-13 等荔枝品種較具抵抗性,黑葉品種在不同果實期,受細蛾危害之比率維持在8–16.5%間。 在施藥區及未施藥區樹上果之荔枝細蛾,平均危害率,分別為29.2%及60.7%,而東方 果實蠅 [Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)] 之危害率則分別為2.6%及12.1%,由上因施藥可 使樹上果實,顯著降低兩種害蟲之危害,因在5–6 月間,東方果實蠅族群已進入高峰期, 此時落果受其危害最高可達35.3%。已確定在成熟之荔枝果實上,只要有細蛾蛀孔,就 可能會被果實蠅產卵危害,所以於果實期,若能做好荔枝細蛾之防治,即能同時降低東 方果實蠅的危害。另外,以性費洛蒙大量誘殺或寄生蜂 (Phanerotoma sp.) 綜合防治荔 枝細蛾之功效並不佳。

柑桔黃龍病之感染與防治 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]柑桔木蝨(Diaphorina citri )傳播之黃龍病(huangiongbing )為柑桔之重要病害,由一種多型性的擬細菌(Fastidious bacteria )所引起,植株受感染後經過一段時間,病原將分布整個植株,屬於系統性病害。柑桔黃龍病目前尚無有效之治療藥齊j ,注射抗生素如四環黴素雖會得到暫時性的舒緩效果,但卻無法完全根治。種植無病健康苗、防治柑桔木蝨及砍除田間病株為防治的基本原則。但田間實際狀況非常複雜,唯有對病原菌、媒介昆蟲及其相關之環境因子作通盤了解,方能適時作出有效防治。黃龍病病原菌不經木蝨卵傳播,木蝨一旦獲毒即終生帶毒,若蟲之獲毒能力佳,成蟲獲毒能力差,荒廢柑園則是孕育帶毒木蝨的最佳場所。黃龍病的防治首應注重荒廢柑園的清除,避免帶毒木蝨遷飛侵入附近果園造成感染。其次針對柑桔木蝨之遷飛期與發生期進行藥劑防治,避免木蝨在芽期大量繁殖而造成柑園內黃龍病之蔓延與流行。若能做好柑桔木蝨的防治工作,再加上種植健康苗與清除田間病株,即可有效減少黃龍病之發生。 Huanglongbing (HLB) is an important systemic disease of citrus. 渦旋式誘蠅器對東方果實蠅(雙翅目:果實蠅科)之誘殺效果 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]田間測試結果,利用含毒或不含毒甲基丁香油誘殺板之渦旋式誘蠅器對東方果實蠅 (Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)) 皆有良好的誘殺效果,可持效8個月以上,經再次試驗之結果亦同。雄蟲誘殺量可隨誘蠅器內誘殺板甲基丁香油含量之增加而增加,每片吸滿12ml以上時可發揮最大功效。室外陽台觀察結果,在4個月內亦以不含毒閉密式之渦旋式誘蠅器具有較佳之持續誘殺效果。連續8天及6天短期觀察結果,含毒、密閉與否之誘引力差異不明顯,縱然是使用含毒之誘殺板,亦宜置於渦旋式誘蠅器內。進一步田間蓮霧園測試結果,含毒誘殺板之誘殺雄蟲量,僅為不含毒誘蠅器誘蟲數之44.4%。在荔枝園渦旋式誘蠅器不論使用含毒或不含毒之甲基丁香油,再添加蜂蜜或尿素並不會增加誘殺效果。在含毒或不含毒誘蠅器外加覆粘蟲紙,亦不會明顯增大誘殺效果。另外,在渦旋式誘蠅器之底邊周圍打5個小孔,並不會影響其誘引力,確可解決器內積水問題。

番石榴果實網袋包在絲瓜園誘殺瓜實蠅(雙翅目:果實蠅科)之效果 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]含成熟番石榴果實之網袋包外套粘板,在絲瓜園比不含果餌或含絲瓜幼果之網袋包,能誘得較多之瓜實蠅 (Bactrocera cucurbitae Coquillett),且誘得之雌蟲量多於雄蟲。2002年在絲瓜園試驗結果,在有懸掛網袋包試區確可誘殺大量之雌、雄蟲,與只噴農藥無懸掛之對照區比較,在三週之後即可明顯的降低被害瓜率並獲得61.4%之防治率,因而減少殺蟲劑之施用。另由園區族群目測調查結果,在網袋包懸掛區內目測之雌蟲,較懸掛試區之雄蟲或無懸掛對照區之雌、雄蟲多3.7~7倍。由懸掛網袋包試區開始調查時,明顯可見到較多之雌蟲及整體誘得懷卵雌蟲百分率之下降趨勢,亦可顯示出番石榴網袋包在絲瓜園對瓜實蠅確有良好之誘殺效果。

砧木種類對桶柑植株生長、產量與品質的影響 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]桶柑嫁接於7種砧木定植於苗栗獅潭,調查砧木種類對植株生長、產量與果實品質的影響。定植後4至5年間有40.0%酸橙砧與5.6%柚砧植株因衰弱而淘汰,第7年檢定萎縮病 (tristeza),結果顯示以酸橙或柚作為砧木的植株為感病,但柚砧者較耐病,其他5 種類包括酸橘、美女橘、粗皮檸檬、Troyer 枳橙及Swingle 枳柚作為桶柑砧木,無論感染與否,外觀均無顯著差異,應屬於耐病或抗病。定植後第5至第10年之產量,Troyer 枳橙砧者最高,其次為美女橘與粗皮檸檬,Swingle枳柚與酸橙又次之,酸橘及柚最低。比較第8 至第10 年間之果實品質,處理間主要差異為,粗皮檸檬砧之果汁率、可溶性固形物含量及含酸量均最低,3年中分別有2年達顯著差異。品質特性之主要項目在其他6種砧木間之差異較小,其高低在各年之間也不一致。 Tankan tangors grafted on seven rootstocks were planted in an orchard located in Miaoli County. [[abstract]]In order to evaluated the effects of different species of rootstocks on fruit production of ‘Murcott’ tangor. Scions of ‘Murcott’ tangor were grafted on one year old seedlings of eight species of rootstocks and planted in the Chia-Yi Agricultural Experiment Station and two sites at Gu-Keng, Yunlin County. Tree growth, yield and fruit quality were investigated at the sixth and seventh year after transplanting. Accumulated yields of healthy plants were high on rough lemon and ‘Rangpur’ lime, intermediate on trifoliate, ‘Swingle’ citrumelo and ‘Troyer’ citrange, low on sour orange and Sunki. 賜諾殺濃餌劑在番石榴園防治東方果實蠅(雙翅目:果實蠅科)之效果評估 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]利用 0.02%賜諾殺濃餌劑(稀釋8 倍,每週噴施1 次,每株噴4 大點,每大點約5 ml)在斗六番石榴園進行誘殺試驗結果顯示防治東方果實蠅(Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel))效果顯著,連續施用3 次後即能顯著降低第二期果之果實被害率及被害度, 分別從施藥前之100 及95.2%降至施藥後之33.9 及16.2%。施用7 次後第一期果及第二 期果之平均防治率分別為60.9 及65.9%,較對照之蛋白質水解物Nulure 餌劑(37.1 及 48.0%)為佳,如以被害度求算防治率則其防治效果更顯著。然賜諾殺濃餌劑之誘殺效 果會受試驗區之間隔、環境及天候影響,宜採共同防治效果更佳,若逢下雨則應於雨後 再補施1 次。另外,此餌劑較不適宜以網袋包法在田間懸掛誘殺。

[[abstract]]東方果實蠅 [Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)] 素為柑桔之重要害蟲。在彰化溪 州柑桔園以0.02%賜諾殺濃餌劑進行誘殺試驗,結果顯示加施賜諾殺餌劑處理 比單獨使用香蕉果實網袋包處理所誘之雌、雄蟲數顯著為少,前者雌、雄蟲數 分別誘得0.5 及0.3 隻,後者則為3.6 及1.6 隻。由果實網袋包所誘得之蟲數變 化可知試驗期間一直有少數東方果實蠅侵入,平均每週每包有3.6 隻雌蟲。又 由渦旋式誘蠅器(內置甲基丁香油誘殺板)所誘得之雄蟲顯示,侵入園區之東 方果實蠅蟲源亦陸續被賜諾殺所誘殺。因本試驗自柑桔果實6~7 分熟時值東方 果實蠅為害初期即開始進行誘殺,致使整體試區(含CK)果實被害率僅 0.02~0.05%,效果非常優異,顯示少數侵入之雌蟲在未產卵為害之前已快速被 誘殺。另調查成熟之柑桔落果,平均蟲害率加病害率(東方果實蠅幼蟲直接為 害加產卵孔引發之病害)僅為3.5%,較往年記錄之30~50%被害率亦大幅降低。
