主要覆蓋作物根羣分佈之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]臺灣坡地果園之經營,殆採用淨耕方式;在高溫、多雨氣仗下,易發生嚴重土壤沖蝕及有機質消耗。依據試驗驗證明,坡地種植覆蓋作物,為簡單易行水土保持措施之一,不但可節省附草費用,且可避免雨水直接打擊土壤,減少土壤流失,涵蓄水分及增加土壤中有機質,安定土壤結構,增大土壤孔隙及透水性。 據張氏報告,利用覆蓋作物做草帶,可逐漸自然形成平台階段;經二年餘坡度由21.5度減至6.25度,修正度高達15.25度。廖氏報告,以臺灣雀稗及蜈蚣草做草溝,代替水泥磚溝,可防止沖蝕,減輕費用,適應範圍達坡度50%,坡長30m以內。又據張氏報告,坡地蕉園利用敷蓋與覆蓋作物栽培,水土迄失量顯著減少;其中稻草敷蓋大葉爬地藍覆蓋區,平均每降雨1公釐,逕流量僅為0.063~0.33mm,而淨耕對照區逕流量高達0.739mm。又據黃氏報告,利用覆蓋作物維護台壁,其效果非常良好;四年間之土壤流失量平均自10.1cm減少至5.4~2.8cm之間,對主作物管理操作方便;且不影響主作物之生長及產量。又據陳氏報告,利用覆蓋作物種植於道路邊緣,被覆鬆土,可維護路基之安定性,減少沖塌現象。 由此可知,覆蓋作物對坡地水土保持之效果甚為顯著。但覆蓋作物根羣在土中之分佈情形,及其與主作物生育關係,迄今仍未明瞭。本調查為探討覆蓋作物在自然環境下生長,其根羣在土壤中之分佈情形,供水土保持工作之參考。 1. 加工番石榴整枝方法 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]加工番石榴栽培為抑制枝梢過度生長,增進結果及維持較低著果部位,比較三種整枝方法對番石榴果樹及產量之影響。三種整枝方汰為屈株法、開心法、摘心法,並以放任不整枝為對照。植株樹齡分幼年樹及成年樹兩種。經兩年調查結果,三種方法中以屈株法效果最佳。屈株法幼年樹其產量每株平均達 21.43公斤,平均果重為184.07公克,而對照區其產量僅為7.10公斤,平均果重僅111.66公克。成年樹屈株法其每株平均產量高達 70.84公斤,平均果重也達114.37公克;對照區其產量僅66.57公斤,平均呆重因結果數多,果實變小僅達75.23公克,各處理間差異顯著。而屈株法整枝於主幹之新梢上,著果可維持較低部位,操作管理方便。此法也適合生食用品種利用。 In order to inhibit overgrowth of processing guava shoots, enhance fruit production and lower fruit set, 3 kinds of training methods had been used for comparing above characteristics and guava production also observed at same time. 加工番石榴產期調節方法之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本試驗以中山月拔五、六年生植株為供試材料,以尿素(46%)及益收生長素(39.5%)等二種藥劑噴施,二年試驗結果,發現在不同氣候環境下各處理間對促進落葉效果與產量有關。尿素25%試區,落葉率高,枝條損傷嚴重,影響萌芽及產量,而以尿素6.25%處理區較適宜,產量也高,平均落葉率達36.1%,新梢乾枯20.3公分,處理後12─14天即可萌芽,單株產量達39.8公斤,果粒重94.8公克,處理間增產45─51%。品質差異不甚顯著。 In this study, the processing Guava, Five or six years old of Chung Sun Yueh Pa, and two chemicals, 46% Urea and 39.5% Ethrel, were used. 楊桃之品質成分與加工利用之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]分析本鳳山熱帶園藝試驗分所現有之楊桃品種,包括二林種、蜜絲種、白絲種、五汴頭反種、歪尾種及酸味種等六種較具代表性之楊桃品種之一般品質成分,包括糖類、粗蛋自、粗脂肪、粗纖維、粗灰分、水分等,及特殊成分包括糖類、有機酸、氨基酸及礦物質之種類及含量等。並將各品種楊桃分別試製果汁、果醬、蜜餞、罐頭等加工品,就其品質品評結果選取最適於加工用之品種,以及鮮食用之品種,供果農選種及加工業者之參考。試驗結果顯示楊桃鮮果中之主要糖類為果糖及葡萄糖,有機酸則以草酸之含量較高,氨基酸以麩氨酸、絲氨酸為主,灰分以鉀之含量較高。各楊桃鮮果中以蜜絲種品質最佳。在各加工品方面,以二林種最適於製造果汁、蜜餞及罐頭;以歪尾種所製得之果醬風味最佳。 This experiment was conducted to investigate both the fruit compositions and proc-essing utilizations of the six different carambola varieties, namely Eli-un, Mi-shih, Pai-shih, Wu-pien-tou-feng, Wai-wei and sour carambola grown in Fengshan Tropical Horticultural Experiment Station. 楊桃「台農一號」之育成 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]楊桃新品種「臺農一號」係於1974年從「二林種」「蜜絲種」及「歪尾種」等自然雜交後裔中選獲,並於1990年命名推廣。本品種之特性為植株枝條呈軟性,枝色橙紅色帶有白色斑點突起,葉片大達9.2cm2,果柄長且粗,平均達4.9cm,容易進行套袋,結果部位大都於細枝上。果蒂突出、果端鈍形、形狀美觀、肉色金黃、肉質細緻、纖維少、味清香,單株產量平均達35.1kg,單果重為338g,「二林種」僅達265g,可溶性固形物為8.6%,斂厚2.5cm,「二林種」為2.3cm,枸櫞酸含量為0.27%果實採收後貯藏至20日其水分消失率低僅達9.5%,炭疽病罹率也低至12日僅達13.6%。

楊桃新品系試植觀察試驗 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本試驗供試楊桃新選育品系為鳳山熱帶園藝試驗分所利用現有優良品系混台雜交育種選育而得之優良實生單株62─02,62─03,63─01,64─01等四種並與產地主要栽培品種二林種做比較,於全省四處主要產地試植。所得結果,值株生育方面,種植初期由於不同地區及管理方法而產生生長勢差異,然品系間未達差異顯著。平均果重卻以63─01為最高,達309.0公克至355.0公克,而對照二林種僅達208.7公克至289.2公克。品質仍以63─01為優,其糖度達8.6度,果稔厚為2.5公分,枸櫞酸含量為0.27%,固形物含量僅佔9.23%。果實貯藏後水分消失率十日在5.19%至8.40%,而二林種達7.76%至12.10%,顯示為佳。抗病力也較強,除此之外63─01 其枝條呈軟性,果柄較長平均達4.86公分,果端鈍形,形狀美觀,風味清香,具備優良品系特性,為供試品系中最佳者。具有推廣價值。 The carambola new lines including 62-02, 62-03, 63-01 and 64-01, which had been selected from open pollinated seedlings in Fengshan Tropical Horticultural Experiment Station, TART, were used. 番石榴採收時期果實品質影響之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]番石榴在本省可以週年生產,但是果實品質會因品種與採收季節之不同而異,本試驗之結果發現番石榴果實之果肉厚薄,糖度,枸櫞酸含量,種子數目與果肉乾物率均隨品種與採取季節之不同而有明顯差異。泰國拔與白拔於2~6月間採收之果實果肉較薄。種子數目以4月採收之泰國拔與3月採收之白拔最多,分別高達577粒/果與308粒/果。糖度(Brix)則以2~3月採收之泰國拔與6~8月採收之白拔較低,分別為7.7~7.8%與7.1~7.6%。枸櫞酸含量以泰國拔較為穩定,全年均維持在0.3%左右,而白拔則因採收季節而有明顯差異,5~7月採收者較低,2~4月採收者為高,其含量各為0.4~0.5%與0.7~0.8%。兩品種果實果肉之乾物率則以12月至翌年2月採收者含量較少。 Guava could be harvested year-round in Taiwan, However, fruit quality varied with varieties and harvested seasons. 著果部位對楊桃產量與品質之影響 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]楊桃「臺農一號」經2年調查結果,著果部位可區分為5種,產量以成熟枝最高,平均達52.4公斤,新梢次之,為32.4公斤,主枝最低,僅達0.1公斤,顯示主枝結果最少。平均單果重,以側枝最高,達372.9公克,成熟枝次之,為365.6公克,主枝再次之為320.0公克,新梢僅為279.1公克,但差異不顯著。可溶性固形物含量,以成熟枝及新梢枝高均達7.6%,依次向主枝遞減;果長及斂厚仍以成熟技為最高且厚。由試驗結果顯示楊桃之著果部位宜選擇在亞主枝至成熟枝之範圍為最佳。

酸味種楊桃醃漬過程中有機酸及糖類變化之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]楊桃在醃漬期間,其汁液之pH值無明顯變化,可滴定酸度(titratable acidity)在醃漬二週內由0.81g%降至0.48g%,但之後變化不大。新鮮楊桃汁之有機酸中的草酸(oxalic acid)與蘋果酸(malic acid)含量在醃漬初期分別由0.82g%及0.03g%降至0.31g%及0.02g%,而後變化不明顯;抗壞血酸(ascorbic acid)含量在醃漬初期亦明顯減少,二週後再緩緩回升。醋酸(acetic acid)在新鮮果汁中並不存在,醃漬至第二週後出現,其含量由0.03g%逐漸增至0.08g%。檸檬酸(citric acid)含量則不穩定。楊桃汁之糖類以果糖、葡萄糖為主,蔗糖含量較少。果糖、葡萄糖含量在醃漬初期各減少57.7%及62.9%,自第二週後減少情形較緩和。粗蛋白質(crude protein)含量約在0.26g%,變化不大。胺基態氮(amino nitrogen)含量約為18.3mg%,隨醃漬時間延長而逐漸下降至8.8mg%。
