全自動水果去皮機之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]全自動水果去皮機係以單粒化供果系統、果體自動固定軸、自動往復去皮刀座、全自動控制微處理系統、低功率馬達、傳動系統與機座等組成,作業時自動控制微處理系統之一連串系列動作,使單粒化供料、果體自動固定與退料、自動去皮與刀座自動往復換向及馬達之運轉等單項作業依序循環完成。本去皮機具有自動單粒供果裝置,可連續單粒供料;快速自動固定軸,可加速完成果體固定與卸下,且無需定向固定;自動往復刀座,可雙向作業;自動控制微處理系統除具有序列自動控制之功能外,另備有微動裝置,可因應果型大小調整自動控制系統極限開關位置之設定,以最經濟之作業行程完成水果去皮作業。

夾持式落花生收穫機之研製(1) Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]夾持式落花生收穫機由收穫頭一導入、扶起靴,斜升拔株輸送帶,水平輸送帶及脫莢滾筒,迴轉式粗選別栅,集莢及風選機構與底盤等機構組成。本機為一貫作業式一挖掘、拔株、脫莢及精選等工作依序一次完成;其最佳脫莢轉速為450~500rpm,相當於每秒5~6公尺之圓周線速度,田間工作能量視作物狀況而異,一般為每小時介於7~15公畝之間,為人工之20倍;其收穫品質為:平均損傷率─1.45%,附子房柄率─5.6%,田間損失─4.6%,唯在收穫頭之強制搔入送株機構完成後將大幅降低。 The once over peanut harvester equipped with 30 hp diesel engine consists of the following operating units of plant dividers, inclined lifting conveyor, over hung conveyor picking roll, rotating separator, pod collecting conveyor, adjustable blower and crawler frame. The harvester will complete the operations of digging, lifting, picking and separating step by step during one path. The best picking speed range for the popular cultivar is between 450 to 500 rpm. 氣輔桿式噴藥之研製 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]氣輔桿式噴藥機由承載底盤系統與噴藥作業總成等二主要機構組成,並由16馬力柴油引擊驅動。本機之噴藥系統由五個支系統構成,使用每平公分五公斤之低壓進行作業,並藉流速每秒20公尺以上輔助氣流之協助,引導藥霧進入植株叢中,提高農藥在植株上之附著。本機使用 TeeJetXR11003VS 噴頭,經田間試驗分析,各噴頭之出水量相對於總平均 ±10 %及相鄰噴頭出水量相對於兩者平均 ±5 %之比較結果,均未超過標準。而悠關噴藥效果之藥液附著度,經利用水試紙檢測結果,分析藥液在葉表及株桿之附著情形,其附著度與標準圖鑑比較後,附著度達70%以上者,佔總取樣數90%以上;而葉背附著度達40%以上者,亦佔總取樣數90%以上。

[[abstract]]橫式排列之脫莢系統,應用在夾持式落花生收穫機,可消除直式平行排列脫莢設計在作業時,因脫莢死角所造成之株高限制與殘留問題;使落花生收穫機之作業性能獲得實質之改善,提高收穫機構對植株高度限制之因應能力,降低脫莢作業後之殘留率,使本收穫設計更實用化。 The crosswise picking system can be applied to eliminate the restriction of plant heights and the picking loss which result from the dead zone at picking area, as the parallel threshing device is used. It can promote the working efficiency of the TARI peanut harvester and makes the harvester more applicable for changes of the field feature.

[[abstract]]農試型落花生聯合收穫機前處理部前置強制梳、送株裝置之動力系統於採直接傳動方式,可避免作業中重負荷滑動;為防止作業中夾入過量泥土,附加去土毛刷阻力棒,可有效預先除去大部份植株上附著之泥土;對脫莢系統之排列方式,以橫式脫莢筒取代縱向排列,可規避縱向排列之脫莢死角外,加大適收株高範圍;所有選別與集莢裝置悉以栅鏈為材料,可於處理行程清除泥土,防止積堵;本型收穫機經前述改良後,整體作業機構與機械處理能量已完全配合,故直線作業速度大幅增高為每秒0.5公尺以上,為原型機之2.5倍。

[[abstract]]農試型落花生聯合收穫機之前處理部在加裝強制送株機構及輔助分株機構後,可穩定植株之夾持位置並突破徒長植株交纏積堵之瓶頸;排株機構因強制脫離與頂出機構之輔助,植株之排出作用確實而無回纏之弊。前集莢帶與裝袋機主動軸經改良後機構之負荷減輕,裝袋機無滑動現象,故送莢作業確實無夾裂之虞。本型收穫機之作業性能已因前述機構之修正與改良而更趨穩定,單位時間之有效工作能量亦因而大幅提高。 Employment of forced plant conveyor with auxiliary divider to the front assembly to replace the old one is studied. This device can make the plant holding upright more stably and eliminates the winding problems resulted from abnormal long vines. With the aid of a strengthen ejector and a break-away device, the discharge of plant after picking becomes certain. [[abstract]]農試型落花生聯合收穫機油動力系統中液壓油之冷卻效率,受到動力系統組件摩擦損失及洩壓閥洩壓損失之影響;其中尤以洩壓所導致之熱損失為最,佔系統所產生全部熱量之50%以上。因此要降低油壓系統之作業油溫,最直接之途徑為使用經濟合理之油壓組件如泵、馬達等。同時,若油壓系統以空氣為熱交換介質時,其冷卻效率亦可經由選擇最佳冷卻面積與通過冷卻器氣流速度予以提高。 The heat induces by the releasing of the hydraulic power system caused by the friction between its elements and oil is the major influencing parameter on cooling. It contributes more than 50% of heat hence affects the system cooling efficiency more than 50% among the parameters. There is a better way to reduce the system temperature by using a reasonably sized pump. If the air been used as the heat exchange medium, the cooling efficiency can be increased by properly enlarging the cooling surface and air speed.

鮮菇超級片型切製機之研製 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]鮮菇超級片型切製機由上滑動刀座總成、下固定刀鉆、下固定刀座及機座組成,切製菇茸時由於滑動刀座受彈簧反彈作用可自動將成品推離刀鉆承座而落入預置容器中;其成品切面平整,經烘乾後外觀不變形,適合生產高品質菇茸片之用,以本機切製菇茸片型產品,平均每小時可切製菇茸1,600個。 The fresh mushroom chopper consists of a upper sliding assembly and a bottom seat with frame. During the operation, the chopped mushroom is pushed off from the bottom seat as a result of the affect of the reset spring and then goes down to the receiver. The cut surface of the product is smooth and flat. The whole slice will maintain its original shape after the drying process. The apparatus is good for producing the baby mushroom slices of high quality. The average working speed reaches about 1600 pieces. per hour.
