A aclimatização é uma etapa da micropropagação que inspira cuidados, pela dificuldade de transferir com sucesso as plântulas in vitro para a casa-de-vegetação. O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar a eficiência de substratos à base de coco durante a aclimatização de bastão-do-imperador. As mudas, obtidas de cultivo in vitro, apresentavam, inicialmente, altura média de 6,2 ± 0,4 cm. Foram cultivadas em vasos de polipropileno, permanecendo em viveiro com 70% de luminosidade. Os tratamentos foram: areia, coco em pó, coco desfibrado, coco em pó + areia, coco desfibrado + areia e coco em pó + coco desfibrado. Basic study for the appropriate cultivation method of groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) in Tokachi region. OAK

十勝地方におけるラッカセイ生産の可能性を模索するため、帯広畜産大学実験圃場でラッカセイ品種「千葉半立」、「ナカテユタカ」、および「おおまさり」の栽培を行った。栽植方法(直播、あるいは移植)、および栽植密度(標準植:5.1 株/ ㎡、あるいは密植:7.7 株/ ㎡)の組合せによる4 試験区を設け、2016 年5 月23 日にそれぞれの品種の栽培を開始した。茎葉の黄変期に収穫を行い、収量構成要素や子実収量の評価を行った。千葉半立とナカテユタカでは、子実収量に対する栽植方法と栽植密度の効果が認められた。両品種とも移植を行った試験区で直播を行った試験区に比べ収量が高かった。これは、移植を行うことで単位面積当たりの稔実粒数が増加することに起因する。また、両品種とも密植を行った試験区で標準植を行った試験区に比べ収量が高かった。千葉半立は半立ち性、ナカテユタカは立性の草型をもつため光競合を起こしにくく、十勝地方で栽培する場合には都府県の慣行法よりも栽植密度を高めることで土地利用効率が高まり、子実収量が改善されると考えられる。おおまさりでは、子実収量に対して栽植方法の効果のみが認められた。移植を行うことで直播を行った場合に比べ総稔実粒数や1000 粒重が高まり、子実収量が増加した。一方、おおまさりでは子実収量に対する栽植密度の効果が認められなかった。おおまさりは伏性の草型を持つため光競合が起こりやすく、十勝地方においても密植条件下では密度障害が生じ増収につながらないと考えられる。千葉半立とナカテユタカでは、移植・密植の処理組合せによる試験区で、おおまさりでは、移植・標準植、および移植・密植の処理組合せによる試験区でそれぞれ最も子実収量が高く、いずれも子実収量の全国平均(180g/...

Caracteristicas de mudas de aspargo em relacao a diferentes fases de desenvolvimento. Repositório Alice

Com o objetivo de avaliar diferentes fases de desenvolvimento de mudas de aspargo visando a determinar a idade ideal de transplante, instalou-se, no periodo de julho de 1987 a julho de 1988, um experimento no Campo Experimental de Gorutuba, Porteirinha-MG, utilizando-se a cultivar Argenteuil Precoce. O delineamento experimental foi inteiramente casualizado, avaliando-se mudas com onze distintas fases de desenvolvimento (60;90;120;150;180;210;240;270;300;330 e 360 dias apos a semeadura), em tres repeticoes. Plantulas de citrange 'Troyer' [Citrus sinensis (L.) Osb. x Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.] semeadas em bandejas de plastico contendo uma mistura de substrato formada por areia silicea + perlita + turfa Sphagnum (3:2:1, v.v.v.), foram infectadas, ou nao, com o fungo endomicorrizico Glomus intraradices Schenck & Smith. Las rizobacterias promotoras de crecimiento vegetal (RPCV) estimulan el crecimiento y rendimiento de algunos cultivos a través de mecanismos como: síntesis de fitohormonas, fijación de nitrógeno, solubilización de fosfatos, producción de sideróforos y control de fitopatógenos. El objetivo central de este trabajo fue evaluar la respuesta de pepino (Cucumis sativus L.) a la inoculación con RPCV. Para cumplir con este objetivo se realizaron cinco experimentos. RDH1 is the first hybrid rice variety being released by Rice Department. It is ideal for irrigated areas due to it’s high yield characteristics. Despite the high yield, seed production procedures of hybrid rice are more complicated than the normal ones as hand transplanting is needed. Procedures start from transplanting two sowing dates of male parental line JN43-1-5-5-1-3-1 (R-line) prior to that of the female one, IR79156A (A-line). Furthermore, flag leaf has to be cut off and hand-pollination is needed. The flag leaf cutting leads to the occurrence of dirty panicle disease and therefore the application of fungicide. A three years set of experiment have been conducted during 2010-2012 to develop and test for rice yield improvement and production cost reduction in Southern part of Thailand. This experiment was conducted in rice research center in the first two years and in farmer field for the third year with Split Plot in RCB; rice varieties as main plots and rice seed rate or spacing as sub plots and 4 replications.
